According to the rules in the Act of the Preservation of Cultural Relics Promulgated by the People’s Republic of China, the Lots that are forbidden to be exported listed in the catalogue book or in the announcements before the auctions.
For the payment of any purchase made by the Buyer during the China Guardian 2016 Spring Auction, before and up to and including 2nd of June 2016, the Buyer will be charged a commission of 13.5% of the Hammer Price, and from 3rd of June and up to and including 17th of June, the commission of the Buyer will be charged at 14% of the Hammer Price. This preferential policy will terminate on 18th June. Any deduction between the Buyer’s payment and the Seller’s payment shall not apply to this preferential policy. The Buyer purchased Lot may not be collected by the Buyer until full payment has been settled.
Please note the following information regarding the sale of Fine and Rare Wines of the World for China Guardian’s 2016 Spring Auctions:
1. Lot 3528 Krug Collection - Vintage 1989 is withdrawed.
2. Lot 3563 Château Beychevelle - Vintage 1961，should be 5 bottles /750ml,and
the starting price should be 18,000 RMB.
3. Lot 3629 Domaine Michel Noëllat et fils,Clos Echézeaux Grand Cru Magnum - Vintage 2011 is withdrawed.
4. Lot 3779 DRC Assortment OWC10 - Vintage 2012, one of the wine labels in the photo is incorrect, please take the text descriptions as standard.
5. There are 22 items have condition reports, please carefully check the condition report before buying.

4. Lot 3565 Château Beychevelle Magnum - Vintage 1980, 3 damp stained labels.
5. Lot 3580 Château Smith Haut Lafitte - Vintage 1996, one slightly nicked label at the bottom.
6. Lot 3587 Château Guiraud Set - Vintage 1975,1985,1995, two bottles of vintage 1975 have scuffed and worn capsules and labels, while one label is also slightly nicked.

22. Lot 3798 Donnafugata Mille E Una Notte Contessa Entellina DOP Magnum, Double Magnum,6L,12L, 18L - Vintage 2008, lip part of the wax capsule of the double magnum is missing.
