At the site of China Guardian Spring Auction on May 22, an unprecedented large-scaled session of porcelain articles from Emperor Daoguang (also Xuanzong of the Qing Dynasty) made a debut. As the first session themed as treasures from imperial Daoguang in the auction arena, 58 auction items were all sold out with a total turnover of RMB 159 million yuan. A Blue and White Famille-Rose Rectangular Vase with Flat Ears and a Picture of Eighteen Lohans Symbolizing Blessing and Longevity was sold at the highest price of RMB 31.05 million yuan.
