2019 was a year of hope and trial. Against the backdrop of the sluggish world economic situation, China Guardian achieved a total turnover of 5.7 billion yuan, and many lots created new records, injecting confidence and vitality into the market. Throughout the year, four lots sold over 100 million yuan, 72 lots over 10 million yuan, 14 sessions hit a 100 percent turnover rate, and 25 auction records were refreshed. During the past year, China Guardian traveled around the world to find scattered art treasures, covering 17 cities in North America, Asia and Oceania.
Now it is a brand new year and China Guardian will embark on a global tour from January 11 to February 10 to collect items for its 2020 spring auctions. We will visit cities across the Pacific Ocean, including New York, Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Taipei, San Francisco and Tokyo, to search for precious Chinese arts. We sincerely hope to enjoy the beauty and value of art with collectors.
